Up to 20 quotes a month. Same evening if in by midday. $250 one-off setup. Limited spots.
Prices exclude GST. Quote limits are firm: extra quotes are $50 on Starter, $45 on Standard and $40 on Pro. A rush quote in under four hours is $60 when there's room. Adding a second trade is $100 once. Takeoffs from drawings are $80 to $150, scoped first.
Most tradies quote at night, from memory, and leave money on the table. We build you a complete quoting system from your own numbers, set up an AI quoting assistant in your account, and train you to run it yourself.

How it works
4 weeksfrom start to finish
We take six Builds a year, one at a time, and only one per trade per Canberra district. Once your district is taken, it's taken.
You set your own prices and approve every quote. Your numbers stay in your accounts. ConEst is not a quantity surveyor and does not give legal, tax or accounting advice.
Scope
You approve every quote and send it yourself. It's your quote and your customer.
